By accessing and using XOXO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Zero Activity Logging

We believe in absolute freedom of privacy. We emphasize that this service is completely anonymous. Our servers do not log, save, or index your chat transcripts, WebRTC metadata, shared links, photos, or active connections. Your session is temporary and disappears as soon as you disconnect.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Using the service if you are under 18 years old.
  • Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intentionally abusing other users.
  • Sharing or broadcasting illegal, pornographic, violent, or copyrighted content.
  • Attempting to disrupt or exploit the WebSocket servers or WebRTC services.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

XOXO is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any content shared between users, nor for any consequences resulting from interactions initiated through our service.
